Dolly made land fall in South Padre Island at 1:00 this afternoon as a cat 2, with sustained winds of 100 mph gusting to 120 mph. Shattering windows and Ripping apart apartment buildings. Rainfall has already hit more than 10 inches expecting up to 20 inches.

Eye will soon pass over Padre Island. North side of eye, the worst part of the eye is gone. Now its time to watch for tornados and hail. Here are some personal videos i have found.

Hurricane Dolly moving slowing now a Cat 1. Still spinning out tornados and major flooding. Storm surge now up to 8 to 10 feet. Winds blowing about 74 mph.
